Mindfulness Meditation

Are you finding life somewhat stressful right now? Mindfulness can help.

Would you like to restore balance to your daily routine? Mindfulness is the solution.

Do you feel that you just need a break from all that has been happening to you?

If this is you, then Mindfulness Meditation is the answer you have been looking for.

What is Mindfulness Meditation?

Mindfulness involves deliberately bringing our attention to the present moment, to gain an awareness of our thoughts and feelings and in order to develop a sense of compassion for ourselves. Developing Mindfulness helps us to find calm and tranquillity in our relationships. It is based on Eastern spiritual traditions but in more recent years has been blended into non-religious educational programmes. These programmes include Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) and Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT), which are well-researched 8 week courses in which participants are taught the skills that can create mindfulness in their lives.

In our eight week mindfulness program, you will learn the skills you need to develop a sense of peacefulness and openness to all that life may bring. By doing this, you will learn to accept yourself at a deeper level than you have previously experienced. Mindfulness is actually the answer to many of life’s stresses. There can be no doubt that practicing mindfulness will give you a better relationship with both yourself and the world around you.

Researchers around the world have proven conclusively that Mindfulness leads to better health, better concentration, better clarity and better focus. We now know that our overall general health benefits from this reduction in stress also.

Mindfulness wakes us up to what is happening now, with an attitude of kindness towards ourselves and to whatever we are experiencing.

Our slow and gentle program will help you restore balance and joy in your life. In a matter of weeks you will start to feel stronger, more peaceful and more able to love those that matter most to you.
